1. Referral & Dispatch Service

FixMyEV Charger operates as a nationwide EV charger repair referral and dispatch service. We connect consumers with independent certified electricians. Independent contractors provide their own licensing, insurance, and warranties.

2. Upfront Estimates & Authorizations

All pricing quotes are established between the property owner and the electrician. Work begins only after written approval.

3. Limitation of Liability

FixMyEV Charger shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from work performed by third-party electricians. Each contractor maintains commercial general liability coverage.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes agreement to updated terms.
